The Youtube channel UBXTech has published a new video unboxing and demonstrating the upcoming Samsung Galaxy A52 smartphone, which should be officially announced next week.
The video once again confirms that the package contains only a clip for removing the SIM card tray and a transparent silicone case. The video also shows the use of the smartphone in various applications.
The Samsung Galaxy A52 will be the first Samsung mid-range smartphone since 2017 to be officially water-resistant (IP67 or IP68). It is expected to sport a 6.5-inch Infinity-O AMOLED display.
The smartphones will be powered by Snapdragon 720G and Snapdragon 750G SoCs, respectively. The main camera is expected to use image sensors with a resolution of 64, 12, 5, and 5 megapixels.
The front camera will be 32MP. The smartphone will receive a 4500 mAh battery with support for 25 W fast charging.
Experts of the analytical company IDC summed up the results of the fourth quarter of 2020 and the whole year in general on the smartphone market.
As stated in the corresponding report, the smartphone market returned to growth. Sales in the fourth quarter of 2020 were 385.9 million units; which is 4.3% more than smartphones sold in the fourth quarter of 2019.
