Earlier it was reported that Samsung will unveil the Galaxy S21 series in January. In addition, it is believed that Xiaomi will also keep up with the launch of its flagship line, Xiaomi Mi 11, early next year.
Today, a well-known Chinese insider under the nickname Digital Chat Station posted a photo on his Twitter page, which supposedly shows the Xiaomi Mi 11 and Mi 11 Pro smartphones for the first time. The source captioned the photo simply: “See you at the end of the year.”
The Digital Chat Station informant once again distinguished himself, saying that the main camera of the smartphone will be improved, first of all, due to the new ultra-wide-angle sensor. According to him, the 13-megapixel module, which was installed in the Xiaomi Mi 10, will be replaced by a 48-megapixel sensor with a pixel size of 0.8 microns each.
In February of this year, the premiere of the flagships Xiaomi Mi 10 and Xiaomi Mi 10 Pro took place. These smartphones have identical designs and specs; except that the Pro version is available with 12/512 GB, but the basic version is not, and the other differences concerned the fast-charging power and the main camera.
Now, almost 8 months after the release of the Mi 10 series; it disappeared from the shelves of the largest online stores and even from the official store of the company. Everything indicates that we are not dealing with a shortage.
We can assume that the company took this step to promote the Xiaomi Mi 10 Extreme Commemorative Edition or Xiaomi Mi 10 Ultra. But no, because the flagship has left the race at the initiative of the company itself.
