Huawei has begun distributing a stable version of its proprietary EMUI 11 user interface for last year’s flagship smartphones – Huawei P30 and P30 Pro.
EMUI 11 brings a redesigned user interface, improved Always-on-display performance with new themes, new GUI effects, including Long-take Animations, natural gestures, improved sound design, and improved multi-window mode, Multi-Screen Collaboration with mouse and keyboard support, and so on.
According to Huawei EMUI official Weibo handle, since the official release of the first EMUI 11 internal beta version on September 11, millions of Huawei users have adopted this system. According to the company, the number of EMUI 11 adopters now exceeds 10 million.
This means that it has over 10 million users in about three months. EMUI 11 was officially released on September 11 and it brings many art style themes and DIY AOD.
The developers have updated the Always On Display feature with new themes and settings, redesigned the interface that is now focused on the center of the screen, improved sound, design, and added natural gestures.
For some, the app permission feature has become a welcome feature. Now the application in the background does not have access to the camera or microphone. Safety is also paramount here.
App permissions are issued in the same way as in Stock Android, you can set them for all cases or only when the application is running.
