A well-known insider under the nickname Digital Chat Station gave details about the screen that should be installed in the flagship Xiaomi Mi 11 smartphone.
According to the source, Xiaomi Mi 11 is equipped with a very high-quality Samsung OLED screen with a QHD+ resolution; which supports an adaptive image refresh rate up to 120 Hz. Also claimed to support 10-bit color and a peak brightness of 1500 cd/m2.
It will be recalled that the screen of the Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra 5G smartphone was considered the best on the market. Its peak brightness is 1600 cd/m2, and the maximum frequency is also equal to 120 Hz. And, for example, the iPhone Pro screen 12 has a peak brightness of 1200 cd/m2.
Yesterday it was reported that the Xiaomi Mi 11 will not only be the first smartphone presented with Qualcomm Snapdragon 888 SoC – Xiaomi will have a certain period of exclusivity for using the Snapdragon 888 chipset.
According to a leaked spec sheet, the Mi 11 flaunts a display bigger than 6-inch, unfortunately, the 6 is accompanied by an X that prevents us from knowing the actual size. Despite this, the handset will come with a 1440p resolution; and the display is of the AMOLED kind with a 120Hz refresh rate.
Moreover, the display brings significant curves on both sides and sports a top-left punch hole for the selfie camera. The phone will pack the Snapdragon 888 coupled with 8GB of LPDDR5 RAM and 128GB of UFS 3.1 storage.
In the camera department, the Mi 11 brings the main 108MP 1/1.33″ sensor coupled with a 13MP 12mm, 1.12 um shooter with a 5MP unspecified sensor.
The selfie camera is a 20MP unspecified sensor. The vanilla flagship draws power from a 4,780mAh battery with 50W wired charging and 30 wireless charging.
