Today, ZTE Mobile officially announced that the price of the ZTE Axon 20 5G Extreme Edition smartphone is 3498 yuan ($532). As a reminder, the original model was announced two months ago.
According to ZTE’s official website, the Axon 20 5G Extreme Edition is 7.98 mm thick and weighs 198 grams. It sports a Qualcomm Snapdragon 765G processor, a built-in 4220mAh battery, and supports 30W fast charging.
Also, it uses a 6.92-inch FHD+ screen, which has a 90Hz refresh rate and a 240Hz touch report rate. The display supports a 100% DCI-P3 color gamut and 10bit color depth.
As for photography, the ZTE Axon 20 5G has a front 32MP lens and a rear 64MP main camera + 8MP ultra wide-angle + 2MP depth of field + 2MP macro quad-camera.
The original model uses the Snapdragon 765G processor as well. Under the hood, the battery capacity doesn’t differ from the one we mentioned above.
Its rear quad-camera consists of a 64MP ultra-high-pixel main sensor, an 8MP 120-degree ultra-wide-angle lens, a 2MP depth-of-field lens, and a 2MP macro lens.
The front-facing camera is placed under the screen. It has a 32MP resolution. The screen size is 6.92 inches. By the way, the screen comes from Visionox. It has an FHD+ resolution, a 90Hz refresh rate, a 240Hz touch reporting rate, a 100% DCI-P3 color gamut, and a 10bit color depth.
The 6+128GB variant is available for 2198 yuan ($211). And the 8+128GB version costs 2498 yuan ($366), while the 8+256GB version comes for 2798 yuan ($410). So it’s quite interesting to know what the ‘Extreme Edition’ means.
